We publlicly announced that Jayboy Magbanua Studio, do not work another studio's who don't have permit.
Jayboy Magbanua Studio is Licensed or ATO for safe of our clients and secured transactions. This Permit renewed every year.
Authority To Operate or ATO here in Boracay Malay AKLAN. This permit represents of legality and have an authority to operate to Boracay island and Malay.
Terms and Condition
● Full payment is required on the day of the event .
● Food is shouldered by the client.
● The production reserves the right to use the photos/videos for advertising purposes as examples of work.
● Projector will be provided by the client.
● The production will not be liable for any technical difficulties during the screening of the films, such as
blackouts, projector failure. (Applicable for Same Day Edits Only)
● It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at
the venue (activities area, portrait, family photography , etc.) while Jayboy Magbanua Studio is working, and
that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to
the Photographer and loss of initial deposit by the client.
Cancellation or Postponement by the Client
● When a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged to the client
according to the following schedule: (i) When a client cancels photography within less than 30 days
business of any confirmed date, a fee of 50% of the booked time rate will be charged. (ii) When a client
cancels photography within less than 24 hours of any confirmed date/time, a fee of 80% of the booked time
rate will be charged. (iii) When a client cancels photography on the day of the confirmed date, the full fee
will be charged.
● When a booking is confirmed, if it is subsequently postponed, the Photographer will at his discretion charge
a fee for postponement.
● In addition, the client may be charged for any expenses incurred by The Photographer as a result of
cancellation or postponement.
Archiving of Images
All final images will be stored and archived by The Photographer for 1 month. If archived photographs are
required after that time or additional storage time is required an admin. fee may be charged. If The
Photographer loses images stored in archive or they are stolen, The Photographer is not liable beyond 1
month of storage. Within 1 month, The Photographer is liable to the cost of the originals (a return of the
original fee).
